Heather Marie Martin
After 25 years in the residential real estate industry, Heather lost her inspiration and passion by the ethically and morally challenged attitude ramped in the industry. This coincided with her spiritual awakening journey, which commenced in 2012 and subsequently became her primary focus. In June 2023, Heather made a significant career shift, redirecting her efforts towards humanitarian work through volunteering and providing care for the elderly. This transition brought her and Bill together in September 2024, as she assumed the role of his full-time driver and caregiver. Upon meeting, they discovered shared passions and aspirations for humanitarian endeavors, and their connection was evident. Their journey together embodies their shared desire to contribute to society and evolve as individuals during their existence on Earth.

Bill Carmody
While on vacation in September 2022, Bill, took a terrible fall and injured his Spinal Cord, resulting in loss of mobility and weakness in his upper body. After a 40 plus year career in Television and Marketing, Bill was inspired to give back to other physically and mentally challenged individuals, their families and caregivers. Bill decided that the best way to assist those people was through a podcast that uses humor and self-deprecating observations to inform and inspire his audience on a variety of subjects.
The “Everything Hurts and I’m Dying” podcast derived it’s title from a T-Shirt that was given to Bill by one of his children. Bill looks forward to entertaining, informing and inspiring from a perspective of personal experiences he has encountered on this unexpected odyssey during his life’s voyage.
